  • Do you offer both indoor and outdoor sessions?

    Yes! With exhaustive experience in all types of indoor and outdoor environments, we can ensure that your photos are captured in the space you feel most comfortable.

  • Can I choose the location for my session?

    Absolutely! We encourage you to choose the location that works best for your vision, budget, and location.

    If you’re having a tough time picking a location, we also have an extensive list of locations across multiple states to provide you with a hassle-free way to select a location that works for you.

  • How far in advance should I book my photography session?

    We recommend booking your shoot at least 2-4 weeks in advance when possible.

    While we are incredibly flexible and can meet all of your needs, booking 2-4 weeks before your desired photoshoot can help ensure the following:

    • Increased chance of photographer

    • Flexibility to schedule at a convenient time for you an your loved

    • Ample time to prepare locations, outfits, and any specific preferences or needs.

    • Avoid photo studio “rush fees” for last-minute studio bookings.

    • Peace of mind knowing that your photographer is secured well in advance.

    • Ensure everyone is on the same page with enough planning time.

    • If you have specific locations in mind, booking in advance allows us to scout and research the area for lighting, background, and other logistical considerations that might affect your session or photos.

  • Do you have any travel fees?

    We’re based in Greeley, CO and travel is included up to a 60 mile radius from our location. Outside of this radius, our travel rate is $0.75/mile.

  • How long will the portrait session last?

    Our portrait sessions range from 30 minutes to 3 hours (depending on your portrait package). 


    Note: Travel time is not counted toward your portrait session time. See our Travel Policy for more details.

  • How long does it take to receive the edited photos.

    Our turnaround time varies by service, but generally our timeframes are as follows:

    • Engagements: ~24 hours

    • Portraits: ~2 weeks

    • Private Events: ~3 weeks

    • Weddings: ~4 weeks

    • Commercial/Product: ~5 weeks

    We also know you’re excited to share your photos with your friends, family and co-workers. Which is why we provide a Snapshot Sneak Peak for sessions where the edit turnaround is longer than 1 week.

  • Do you offer retouching?

    Of course! After your session, we go through and hand-pick the best images that capture the essence of your session or occasion. 
These photos undergo a meticulous process to ensure exceptional quality:

    1. Color Correction: Each photo undergoes color correction to enhance vibrancy and clarity, ensuring accurate representation of the moment.

    2. Retouching: Each image is retouched by hand to eliminate imperfections such as blemishes, flyaways, stray hairs, and lint or pet fur, ensuring a flawless and polished appearance.

    The result is a collection of beautifully balanced, clean, and stunning photographs that encapsulate the joy and emotion of your occasion or session.
We also offer retouching as a separate service if you have a set of images you’d like professionally retouched.

  • Are you insured?

    Yes. As a professional photography business, we retain Professional & General Liability Insurance coverage as well as retain the permits and insurance required for specific session scenarios as needed.

  • Are you pet-friendly?

    Yes! We love working with pets!
